No... unless he acts or behaves in a feminine way. It doesn't mean that a straight guy is gay if he doesn't like the girl. That simply means he's not attracted to the girl; unless the girl offers free sex then definitely the guy you suppose as a gay will go for it, but expect no affection involved or in return.
Men are like women, too. We have our preferences, too. Like, for example, if I feel like a woman is flirting and I don't feel like I liked what she's doing at all, I would do my best to avoid her. She can easily assume I'm gay, but I'll just let her assume away... she's not gonna get me in any way, unless she offers a one night stand with no strings attached. But that's gonna be it... no more, no less.
