A friend of his gave it to him before his death. and he is not related to Sasuke.

its SHARINGON and im not sure ive only seen episodes 1-8 and then some from the reruns on cartoon net work and the last 3 or 4 new episodes. so im kinda behind. but i saw the episode when sasuke says "the sharingon is a very rare jutsu that only occurs in a few members of the uchiha clan my clan. could he be"?... so mybe or mybe sasuke is just wrong and theres a few other people that arnt in his clan that have sharigon. but im not sure. sory!!!! anyway ill find out cuz im like obbsessed with sasuke. but not as much as sakura or ino. if he was real i wouldnt fight over who would sit next 2 him or throw myself at him. id act like i didnt like him and stay away from him and act like i could care less about him. make him think he has 2 work hard. any way email me sometime and ill find out 4 ya!! k. and im with the 1 chick about the hottie part!!!

THERE ARE SPOILERS IN THIS POST ABOUT KAKSHI'S PAST.
First it's Kakashi and Sharingan. He isn't related to Sasuke but when he was still under the guidance of Yondaime (4th hokage) he was on this mission but got his eye hurt and he was blinded in one eye, but his friend Uchiha Obito was already dying so Obito told someone to cut his eye out (sharingan) and give it to Kakashi. That's how Kakashi got the scar and the sharingan in the left eye.

No. Actually when he was on a mission, one of his dear friends who was from the same bloodline as Sasuke got killed but before he died, he gave his Sharingan from his eye to Kakashi and Kakashi got it implanted in his eye. He then master the techniques that are possible having the Sharingan eye.

Eventually everyone in Naruto knows that The uchiha is quite famous. Nope Kakashi is not related to any uchiha. Find out when as you watch the episodes or read the manga it tells you how he got it.

god, it's spelled sharingan jitsu, and no, he's not related to sasuke, he got the sharigan implanted in his eye because he's that bad azz of a mamba jamba. but either way, they are both hotties.

first of all it's sharingan and kakashi, and he got the eye surgically after his partner died on a previous mission.
