If the price was the same, and they were both the same level of comfort, I would say the sweat and odor control. You never know when you might have to take your shoes off :-)
If they were different prices and/or comfort levels, I might buy one pair of the sweat & odor control ones just to see how big of a difference they made. My feet don't sweat that much, so I would probably just keep them for when I'm working out.

Let's put it this way, if your feet smell like an authetic Italian piece of provolone cheese after a day of work, get the odor socks.
