In what way do you think women have changed, and are changing the workforce?

Women are definitely more conscientious at work. There are also many more highly educated women than there is in the past.

Women indeed rule the world but the problem with society is that many of them are still not being put into recognizable positions because of the fact that they pose a grave threat to men.

I Will answer your question this way...Do you want to know the REAL reason women don't make as much as a man?...because the employer has invested time and money more then once to find his female employee suddenly gets pregnant and is now gone, and not coming back, (and then he needs to start over with finding someone for that position) while her male co-worker, continues on with his career with the company,

women have changed because there out being a man, AND also trying to raise there children at the same time, Sorry ladies, your all doing a bad job BECAUSE YOU CANT BE IN TWO PLACES AT ONCE, please pick one or the other, mom or career women

when i was young, very few women worked. but then again, most moms stayed at home and dad supported the whole family.

then divorce got easier to get and more divorced women had to have jobs because not that many really got child support. basically when the parents divorced, the kids ended up with a new daddy too. they didnt see much if any of their biological fathers.

now women are better educated and are expected to be an equal wage earner or the wage earner altogether. they hold better jobs and make more money. if they are lucky.

I believe the workforce has been changed with women in it. Women are more level headed, more understanding of family issues, more supportive to others, providing healthy competition, willing to help others, open minded on sensitive issues, and can multi-task different duties.

It sucks because my wife is brilliant and is the general manager of her company, yet she makes at least $30,000 less than a man would in that job. The "old boys club" is hard to bring down.

they are becoming more richer each day by bringing laws suits of harassment against companies they are employed by. know any man that has won a case of harassment against a female employee. they can now do what they dam well please and companies are paying out regularly because they know against a female employee they just can't win. we've created a monster we now can't control god help us we have been given a life sentence with no hope of reprieve ever.

Thankfully, women are leaving the stereotype most often portrayed by men and are more dynamic, seeking challenges and satisfaction in life. They are less likely to accept standard answers and want to know how far they can go. This creates a more vibrant and healthy society.
