how do you install a program on windows xp for only one account?

intall it normaly then after take the install file plus all the application files in your doc

if you have more than one account just go to control panel and go to user accounts then click on an account and than click delete account.

From control panel... look in administrative tools.. you'll find restriction options there.. under users and groups/users.
