Why do some people get married just because they are compatible in bed?

I have a brother who married every woman that he thought was good in bed, and it turned out that was the ONLY thing they had going on right in their marriage. He is now on his 4th wife.
And why do some people get married when they KNOW they have no intention of being faithful to one person.
