trust me on this, this guy is not someone you want to be in any type of relationship with, if he's a gangsta like you say, he is nothing but trouble, he will probably be in prison most of his adult life. thats not any kind of life for you. dont worry yourself about the racial issue, someday, you'll find you someone that will love you for you, and no matter what race, nationality, color, or creed, or popularity status, god will let you know when that person is right for you. so take your time. you have lots of that. and by the way, my girlfriend just happens to be multi-racial [black-n-white] and i love her more than i ever thought i could love anyone, and i used to be very prejudice, she's helped me grow as a human being tremendously, God bless her. I see people for what they truly are on the inside, good or bad. like I did when I was a child before all the negative influences of ignorant hate. God bless you, and I wish you all the luck in the world, finding your one true love.

I completely believe in the saying that opposites attract. It just depends on whether or not being different and what not is complementary to one another. Yeah the racial issue might get in the way, but if you like him enough, and he likes you too, then you can work around it.
My mom is shy and quiet, my dad is loud and loves to talk and makes friends wherever he goes, they are oppsities, and they've been together for 20 years.
My point is that there is hope, you just have to know that you'll have to work at it.

Race should definitely NOT be an issue.......but you should steer clear of his "gangsta" style.
I hate to seem so dark and pessimistic, but if he's "gangsta" as you say, he will either: A) knock you up and leave, B) beat you, C) end up in jail, or D) all of the above. Despite all this rhetoric that pro-rap people like to utter, that little sub-culture is composed of nothing but low lives.
And this applies to "gangstas" of all races!

It's only racial when YOU make it racial.
Sounds like you're a little too young to take seriously, so maybe try some pre-teen boards or something. Wait for middle school tomorrow and ask someone to pass him a note in gym class or whatever it is you do.....

that really shouldnt matter and havent you heard that opposites attract. my cousin is dating a guy thats black and shes white and they plan to get married soon. i know alot of couples like this that are very happy together. most of the time, no one else cares about the color of the skin as much as the people involved they are more hypocritical about it than any one else really is. If you like him go for it. the worst that could happen is he could turn you down. If you really like him color shouldnt matter and neither should what anyone thinks...

Walk on the wild side a little. Get bold about what you want and who you want. It will feel real good and give your confidence a boost in the end. Beside you never know, this may be the person to bring you out of that shyness.

Sounds like you need to know where he is coming from before you can really go anywhere with this. If you really want to pursue him then you'll have to try to overcome your shyness a bit and talk to him. Communication is the key! Otherwise you're sitting around wondering what he's thinking and you never get anywhere.

Personality differences don't necessarily cause problems as long as your values and goals are similar. But if those are different, watch out, there's trouble ahead.
Race is getting to be less of an issue than it used to, although some people really get upset about it.

his race doesn't really matter... his personality does. does he seem like the type of guy who would treat you right? if not, focus your attention elsewhere. if so, try getting his number so you can talk to him and not be nervous about other people being around. the worst he could say would be no. and even if he did, would that really be so bad? at least then you'd know whether or not he likes you. :)

ok im white and my man is blk. we are totally different and like different things,,have different personalities. BUT THATS WHAT MAKES IT INTERESTING. you can learn different things from eachother. if everyone liked the same things and did all the same things life would be very boring dont you think? talk to him,,,get to know him ,,,and see how things work out. dont be so shy,,im sure he wont bite you.
