I don't understand.
If you mean a ONE-DAY period (24 hours), then YES that's quite possible, that you can have a one day period. Especially if you are a vegeterian (do not eat meat)
If you mean a period EVERYDAY, over 31 days, thats not good, and you should see a doctor immediately.

If you're asking about a woman's menstrual cycle, a regular cycle usually ocurs every 28 days and lasts from 3 to 7 days. In other words, you might start with light bleeding on a monday and by the end of a week, you would no longer be bleedin. Then 28 days (sometimes 30 days or more, depending on the person) from the first day of bleeding, you should have another period begin.

You get your period on average every 28 days. It will last from 3-5 days. Some women are very regular, and get their period around the same time every month. With others, the time of the month is different by a few days either way each month.
I hope this helps you.

I think that you need a little help here. You should have a period every 28 days lasting from 5 to 7 days. That is normal. If you are only have a period that last for one day you may want to seek medical advice. If they are lasting only one day then go to the doctor.

Do you mean a month? Most women only get their periods once every 28days. Or do you mean for only one day? The length of your period is different for everyone. If you exercise a lot you may have a lighter or shorter. If you only just got your period for the first time then it may be irregular (by that I mean for different amount of days and a different week each month).

You get it every 30-31 days not everyday. And it's not a stupid question you just want to know it's okay. Ask your mom or older sister for all the other details about PMS.

ok, first: don't freak out. your period is different with every person so dont worry. instead tou should be relieved! it's so unconfortable and you are sort of blessed lol. but anyway, if you're still confused, maybe you should go to a gynecologist and check with him/her.
