You are stuck. Dont put oil on your pant, then you'll have an oil stain and you still won't have all the polish out. don't heat the polish, it will tend to get gooey...
Polish remover will also take out the color of the pants...so you choose.

first ,heat it up with your hair dryer and scrape off as much as you can .eucalyptus oil should get the rest out and then squeeze the spot with a paper towel to get the most of the oil out or wash straight away

nail polish remover dabbed on the spot a lil bit be careful to not use to much or you may do damage to the color...
