Be a beauty queen, but make a funny sash, such as "Miss Understood," "Miss Interpreted," "Miss Conduct," or create your own!
Otherwise, be a dead homecoming queen or princess, and that should be creepy. How about Carrie?
You could possibly be the Queen of Hearts or Diamonds.
My last idea: the tooth fairy!

Whats the dress look like? For certain dresses, a queen or princess would be cool. For a more modern dress, you can also go as a zombie prom queen.

Make yourself a sash and go as whatever you want! You could get a "tiara" at a costume shop.
Maybe Miss Conduct like another reply said. Or Miss Information!
You could even create your own title "Miss Cornucopia" or
"Miss Perfect Attendance"

Without seeing it, this is a guess, try a Madonna retro to 1980's or Go as Audrey Hepburn. or Slice and trim it to make it Moulin Rouge style.

well you can go as a $lut.... or if you already are a $lut.. i guess you can try to be decent for a day... but you might have to get a longer dress
