how long after a man ejaculates in a woman, can she become pregnant.

i heard it was something like two weeks after that the woman could be pregnant.

can a woman start feeling the symptoms (pain in breast, cramping) as soon as it's conceived.

little confused on how that actually works

It takes almost 72 hours for sperm to fertilize the egg. Thats why they have that pill called plan b that can be used upto 72 hours after intercourse. I have been pregnant 4 times and usually symptons can show as quick as 2 weeks. A pregnancy test will work 4-5 days before a girls period is due and blood work will be positive as soon as that egg is fertilized and the pregnancy hormone is there. You can get cramping and pain when you first concieve....its called implantation. Implantation occurs about 5 days to a week after intercourse. I hope this helps.

Sperm live for 3 days I think. So, I guess if you ovulate w/in that period you could get pregnant. I don't think you will have symptoms that soon, though. You can't even take a pregnancy test until you've been pregnant for 2 weeks.

USUALLY WHEN A MAN EJACULATE IN A WOMAN. SHE CAN GET PREGNANT AT THAT VERY HOUR BUT WILL NOT SHOW ON A PREGNANCY TESTS AFTER 72 HOURS. WOMEN'S BODIES ARE DIFFERENT. SOME MAY EXPERIENCE MORNING SICKNESS AND OTHER WILL NOT.
I DON'T THINK YOUR BREAST WILL GET TENDER RIGHT AWAY IT TAKES WEEKS.

i heard sperm can live for up to a week and you dont feel anything immediately after conception, it would take a couple weeks (although some people say they had an intuitive feeling they were preg right away but not physically)
