I'm in college, looking for something to keep me awake more, for when I need to study or write a paper. Does No Doze work and are there any side effects of it.

If you have used it give my your opinon on it please.

If you know of another substance can you let me know?

1 No Doze pill contains the equivalent caffeine as 1-2 cups of coffee.

You may want to consider splitting up your study time so that you don't do long stints. It is proven that after 2 hours, your brain does not work as efficiently. Maybe you should get a few hours of shut-eye, a shower and some good food, then go back to work.

Don't wait until the last minute with the studying, You are not saying you work, are you wasting time partying and then cramming?

Try to stay away from artificial stimulants.

just drink coffee. I used No Doze. You get dependent on it and it really messes with your heart.

I was working 2 jobs, taking extra classes in high school and used No Doze. I would get home from work at around 2 am, and get up at 5 to go to school. Soon enough, I felt drained with out it and when I did take it, my heart would beat so hard and I would feel dizzy.

Stick to coffee. If you drink mocha's, ask them to add B-52, its a syrup that has extra caffeine for an extra boost

No Doz works but has very bad side effects some people get nauseous and shakey when taking them and they also can't concentrate which defeats the purpose of taking them to study. Also when you are ready for down time and are done studying or writing you have a very hard time going to sleep or relaxing and it becomes a cycle of taking nodoz to stay awake and sleeping pills to help you calm down and sleep. Trust me stick with a good cup of coffee.

Yes, but it gives you the shakes and you can "crash" really hard afterward, depending on how much you take.
