See if your post office does "General Delivery".

The sender sends it c/o that PO "General Delivery", and you go check the PO when you think it's there.

yes if you have missed a delivery you will of had a card put in door. ring number on the card and arrange for it to go to your nearest office for you to pick up when your ready. the service is called "local collect"

sorry didnt notice the bit about not wanting it to go home at all. pretty sure you cant do anything until 1 attempt at delivering is made.
you could always have a word with your postie if he is a regular one. just ask to redespatch your item when it comes and stick a card in your door.

thats coz im po staff,lol.
will your parents open the package? im sure it will be very discreetly wrapped.

No. You need a postal box (in the post office) for that. Has to go to your home or have it delivered to a friend's home.

you could but you would have to get a po box address and they charge you for this also it would be at your local sorting office not at the actual post office

YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A P.O. BOX... LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE. BUT, HAVING IT DELIVERED TO A FRIENDS HOUSE COULD WORK.

'Babyboo' is right, but I think you have to pay for the service. I'm really curious about what you are wanting to hide from your parents though!
