Yes! And YES, I am a woman! However, my gender has NOTHING to do with my answer. I say yes for one reason and one reason only. That is simply that MEN have been the leaders of this country in this capacity all along and it would be fascinating to see what a woman could do for a change. I DO have my opinions on many of our past presidents and will not share them here BUT, the FACT is that in theory a woman is every bit as capable as a man for this position. Let's face it. Could we really be any worse off? I doubt it. I just want to see what a woman would do with the position for once. I mean really, why not? We do everything else that men do and more. Case in point...men can NOT have babies. Doesn't make us better, just adds to the mix! Basically, if a woman in high government has proven herself and has made enough positive changes to our country then I would think she could continue to do so with more impact if she were in THE HOT SEAT of presidency. However, to be very fair, I would honestly expect MORE of a woman as president than a man. Mainly because it would be new and fundamental in shaping the future. The first woman president will undoubtedly be under more pressure than any man ever in history and any woman who comes after. SHE will be THE stepping stone to a new era in this country and what she does will be of monumental importance.

Yes a woman should enterr the Presidential Election for sure in 2008. Men have managed to screw things up for too many years, it is time to put a woman in the White House. For your information, I am a male saying this also.

Sure, but basing a campaign around just being a woman and "hey wouldn't it be cool if we had a woman in the white house" is stupid. That's why I'm not voting for Hillary. I'm not sexist, I just dislike her policies and she'd lose against a Republican.

It is a good bet that Hillary Clintoon and Condeleeza Rice are going to run. I hope that we have arrived to a point that gender does not matter. I would say that they are both qualified.
As a right winger I like Rice, but Clinton is qualified
