I don't think he gives a rats as....s do you. A lawsuit, give me a break, where would you file the suit with whom in what court and who is going to rule over it against the guy. Besides, he's dead and has been for sometime. He's a ghost with not past now, only those that are walking in his shoes right now are pulling the strings and they don't have a pot to piss in much less any money to give ya...they might blow you up those.

Well this is a very idiotic question. NOTHING would be resolved by suing Bin Laden. NOTHING would be solved by taking him to trial. He needs to be tortured very slowly, cut off limb by limb with a dull knife and then be behaded in front of the entire world. Thats what should happen to him and all the other extremist muslim terrorists. And notice the word MUSLIM.

He deserves more than a lawsuit. He deserves the death penalty. He should be tied to the back of a GreyHound bus (by his testicles) and pulled (naked) over a cactus patch. If they catch him, I want to be the one to personally kick the living crap out of him.

he deserves to be burned alive.. just one of the ways he has killed innocent people ( hopefully he would feel how they felt as they were trapped in the burning buildings and couldn't do anything) but he is such an animal that he would probably just laugh as he was burning he would even feel an ounce of the pain we were all feeling on Sept. 11, 2001 and still feeling 5 years later.
(sorry didn't want to sound mean but it is what it is...I'm upset and so is AMERICA)

I think he should have the right to have a jury trial then when found guilty he should be set free in the streets of new york with a camera crew to film live for all of America to see!

to be honest i dont know. i think about all the people that he has had killed or killed him self and i wish some one would just blow him away, i think about the trade center in ny and that just makes me sick. so does he really deserve one or are we the american people just playing around with him. just so the court system can let him go in a few years. but then who are we.

I think he deserves a long, slow, agonizing torture (yes, I know the stance America has on torture) that will last all day, every day, until he dies. I will more than gladly volunteer for such duty.
