You have to multiply by how many beds before you add....

(400*25)+(152*330)+(317*295)+(35*250)+(1100*18)
10000+50160+93515+8750+19800=182225
182225/547(Number of rooms)=333.14
The Average cost of a room is $333.14

25X400 + 152X330 + 317X295 + 35X250 + 18X1100 = 182225

Divide that by the number of beds which is 547 and the average cost to the nearest dollar is $333
