We have a choice. We could get rid of our televisions and use the time we waste there for doing something real.
In my view people always get what they really want, in our case distraction from reality. That's the only reason I can make out for all this foolishness. Did you ever read "Brave new world"? Our soma is TV.

For the non-thinking masses, most likely. For the few who live conscious lives, the absurdity is laughed at and eyeballs remain intact :-)

If you live the electric life yep its a con. un plug and get out make your own modern life, dont look to hard in the fase of the screen or you will become just another blog.
