Hate is not a political term. Personal attacks are not applicable to a political discourse.
You don't personally know George Bush, so you really can't hate him with any validity - you can disagree with him and his agenda or policies vehemently, but you really can't, and shouldn't, hate the President of the United States.
Whether or not he is the brightest crayon in the box aside, he is doing what he feels is necessary to protect you and your loved ones from an enemy that would cut your head off in an instant - just to make another video.
You can disagree with the President's policies and agendas and certainly this is no indication of your feelings toward America - this is, after all, a democracy.

The simple fact that you can and did post this question on the world wide web proves that you don't hate America. And you certainly don't hate the freedoms that being an American allows. Though most people don't acknowledge those freedoms, so let us take a moment to give thanks for living in the "land of the free".

No. Just don't behave in ways you think hurt GW Bush but that also hurt America. Like marching in rallies sponsored by America's enemies, Communist ANSWER.
An even better plan is to set aside hatred and address issues rationally and from a position of well-researched fact. Dog trainers impart hate in order to get a dog to behave in an irrational manner. So did the NAZIs.

No.
Why do you hate George Bush? What's he done personally to you? Or indirectly? Did you hate him before he was President? Do you hate him more now that he is President?
Do you hate him because of media coverage? Or have you met him personally and find him distasteful?
Whatever you think of the President's ability to lead this nation, the fact is he is on YOUR side as it relates to fighting those who REALLY HATE AMERICA.
He's a lame duck President as it stands, so hating him or liking him won't do you much good. But his policy of attacking terrorism where it is born and proliferated is taking the fight to those who hate YOU (even though they don't know you) and who want to kill YOU and EVERYONE you know.
I don't like Bush as a President, but I don't have to. There are terrorists to worry about, and that's more important than how I personally feel about a President. He's not necessarily sitting on his hands while the country is overrun by Islamic radicals (although maybe overrun by illegal immigrants...), and so your hatred should be more appropriately placed on those who are videotaped WEEKLY promising to kill YOU and all other AMERICANS or taking that promise a step further and beheading AMERICANS as a preview of what you can expect if the next President doesn't take the fight to terrorism in a stronger and smarter way.
Don't hate Americans, oppose those who wish you dead and deal with them first.

Nope. Showing your dislike for your leader is patriotic and actually puts you more into the "Loves America" category then the other. This nation was built upon discontent with our leaders.

It means you should love America because you can openly make a statement like that. Lots hate him, and lots love him - I don't know if there's much middle ground with ol' George.
