I'd love to hear some of them. I would much rather speak to a human most of the time than a machine.

who has tricks?

the only trick is to immediately press 0 when the robot comes on, it usually gets you to a customer service rep right off, some companies even advertise this to preferred customers

yes i want a human..found out if i don't answer or do a thing i get an actuall human...know if i coulkd only get them to understand english that's the problem
