You are 17 and you still have a lot of life left to live. We've all fallen in love young. Sadly, most of the time it doesn't work....but you know what? That's okay too. It's part of life.
My advice to you would be to steer clear of army men. No offense to them, but I live near a military base and have seen first hand the droves of girls these guys bring home. There are plenty of guys your own age that can offer you so much more in terms of things in common and general young fun than this guy can. Trust me on that.
Plus, keep in mind that your age can get him into serious trouble with both the military and the law. If you truly care about him, you may want to hold off on dating him at the very LEAST until you turn 18. Best of luck with your decision.

well i think you should tell him if he really likes you hell look you up when you turn 18. I was in a situation like this before where i was 16 and my boyfriend was 26. He already had kids wanted a family and I was just a little girl. so I broke up with him. You need to talk to this guy. Sit him down, ask him if he sees a future for you two. If he says yes, then you can consider having him meet your parents (if he wants you, he'll do it!)and your friends. If he isnt serious he will avoid talks about the future or about meeting people who are important to you.
DO NOT sleep with him again. You will just feel worse about yourself!
