There's a plus size store called Torrid, that carries a lot of goth- type clothes. You might find something there you could wear for Halloween & then still be able to wear it for everyday. I'm sure they probable have a web site if ther'e no store near you.

e-bay is a good place to start. Sellers often carry plus sizes. Also check out products by lip service, I'm pretty sure they carry plus size lingerie and costumes
