TBA - It basically means that the time of your audition slot is 'To be Arranged or To be announced'.
At the time of sending the form out to you and going to press they probably have not finalised all the details. It means that they will let you know your time of audition in due course.
Don't worry, its nothing to worry about. Good Luck!!

TBA means: To Be Announced.
They may not have all of the information and it will be announced later.

ditto: to be announced- they'll tell you at a later date when that will happen. When they say that, usually they don't want to say one date and have it change later on, so usually they'll just not committ one way or the other to a specific date. Sometimes they'll give ranges, like a block of time, but not always.
