If fatties didn't wear clothes, I'd get really ticked and give them a piece of my mind.

Humans were not supposed to wear clothes but after wandering we came upon colder areas and clothes were required to keep warm and then it just became a trend. Indigenous persons from many areas still wear little or no clothes. When people didn't wear clothes, looking at another body was just as normal as looking at people today with clothes on.

There wouldn't be near as many people. They'd be all dropping dead from skin cancer and/or freezing to death. If they didn't die, they'd be all scarred from 3rd.% sunburn which is just as bad as 3rd% other kinds of burns. Have you ever seen anyone who has been in a horrible fire? Clothes are for much more than just looking pretty, they are protection.

Well, there'd be no such thing as fashion, so we'd have no designers or anything, sex would be boring coz we'd already know what attractive people look like with no clothes on and we'd all have sore feet and hate fat people a LOT!!

Very little would be different. We would be as used to it as we are used to seeing clothing today. And people, being as desperate as they are to be different, would probably be altering their bodies more.
