IF THEY ARE WHITE BLEACH IS THE BEST WAY TO GET THEM CLEAN.

I spray them with Lysol kitchen cleaner, then let it set for 10 minutes because that's what the bottle says to do to allow the disinfectant to kick in, and then wipe them down with paper towels. It's chemical-y but it does the trick for me!
