I like that idea of crossing Harry Potter with American Dragon: Jake Long. What an interesting concept. I doubt that they'd get Daniel Radcliffe to sign on for the project, as he is determined to continue acting after the Harry Potter series comes to a close, but they could get another British actor to voice the character. Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy) has already lent his voice to a cartoon character, Zhao in Avatar: The Last Airbender.

I've seen an impossible number of Harry Potter/Yu Yu Hakusho crossovers. I actually find some of them pretty believable. To the extent, of course, that either series is believable at all.
I think Harry would benefit greatly from mixing it up with some actual demons, such as Hiei, as well as some hybrid half-demons, such as Yusuke, or half-spirits, such as Kurama. I think he would also be able to have some good conversations with a human living amongst and associating with demons and non-humans, such as Kuwabara. Of course, Hiei would likely tell him little about anything and Kurama would probably tell him only bare facts, and there's the language barrier (and the fact that Yu Yu Hakusho has been over for several years), but I still think it would be interesting.
P.S., parodies of Harry Potter have already appeared in several cartoons. Nigel Planter of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy is one example; a Harry Potter character appeared in a Hallowe'en episode of The Simpsons, as well.

Well some ppl think that Harry Potter would go well in the Naruto world...because Naruto can teach Harry stuff and Harry can teach him stuff ya know.
And then also...I thought maybe he could appear on...hmm...Lord of the Rings or something. It's sorta magical and dangerous just like the Harry potter series.

Harry Potter -- I mean, Nigel Planter -- has already appeared on Billy & Mandy, on Cartoon Network, in several episodes.

Scooby Doo.
They all have creatures/monsters to deal with and Harry always has riddles to solve. Ron and Shaggy and scooby could team up,
Harry, and Fred could be on teams with daphne.
And the last two ofcourse, the smart ones.
Hermoine and Velma

All they would have to do is to animate harry, and they could use Daniel, the actor who plays harry, to do Harry's voice on the cartoon.

Negima because they both have magic in them. However, the whole perv-factor of Negima is high, so Harry would have fun.
