global poverty. But, that doesnt mean I am saying that global warming is unimportant. The Earth tends to maintain itself and repair itself, no matter how much the people screw it up. So, centuries down the line, the Earth will heal from global warming consequenses. But, I really think we need to use some of the excess money and food to help those who are suffering from a lack of it.

Global poverty and i'll tell u why.
the earth is a living thing and the earth is very resilient. I beleive that when we make the switch from using Oil to using the Energy that doesn't create waste, the earth will recover.
This type of energy already exist google Zero-point energy. It hasn't been made avaliable to us for the same reason the problem of poverty hasn't been solved. becuase people make money out of the misery and backwardness of others.
The poverty is destroying the soul of the world and the moral fiber of humanity and that's so easy to recover. Once a generation of humans have become depraved, it's a vicious cycle that's hard to break. I'm not saying poor people are all depraved.....hell i think affluent americans are more sick than poor people in the slums of india. But poverty is a *****, no doubt

I think you have to do both simountaneously try and stop global warming which we are doing a great job pon. And try to help as much as we can to help poverty. Did you know only $200 would help save a child from a life of poverty. Think about that the next time you go out for dinner or buy a game or a couch. could you just live without it and help save some kids? could you live with yourself knowing that while your buying a gucci bad or somtin iono for $200 you could have helped a child come out of poverty. Far out stuff right there man think about it.

Depends when your going to die. I would say global poverty because global warming can be dealt with through intelligence or space flight. Global poverty deals more with human beings as they are as a race and at their base level.

Global Poverty is the only solvable issue between the two . We've gone way too far with our abuse on this beautiful world to turn around and simply solve the problem .

Poverty is much more important right now. It is happening right now all over, but global warming is relatively slow and we are already working on it.

global warming...people need to figure their own way out of poverty. That is the problem... everyone has their hand out. If you are starving & there is no food, MOVE. If there is crime & high unemployment, MOVE. If you are getting paid .02 an hour to harvest rice, get an education, and MOVE.
Opportunity doesn't create it's self... if you want to succeed you must be willing to take the challenges before you & make it better for yourself, not wait until the united nations (or america) does it for you.
