& the illegals get so much for free... where do you think we're headed! Forclosures, bankruptcies on the rise, business's closing,
cost of living increasing, salaries shrinking...retirements dissapearing...& we're going further into dept! Education is so expensive for OUR families! Insurance companies don't pay,etcetcetc...People are loosing jobs.

Cite your sources. First, how can unemployment be dropping if there are so many business' closing? Cost of living is increasing? Duh! Has been for the past 200 years no surprise there. My salary has steadily increased over the years, my retirement is still there and I'm paying off my debts. Education is expensive? School is free through High School. If you want to go to college, go to a community college. Insurance companies don't pay... depends, did you read the fine print or just trust them? Insurance is a scam anyways. Every month you hand them money betting you are going to die or have a disaster. They are betting you won't. Put that money into an interest bearing account and you'll be better off.
And exactly what as a middle class person do I get for free? Quit whining and do something with your life.

THE MIDDLE CLASS GETS THINGS FOR FREE!!!??? Dam, where's my free stuff? I totally agree with you on the other 2 points-the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, but the middle class is getting poorer and poorer too! I am in the way bottom of the middle class I would say almost to the poverty level and the middle class is getting smaller every day. Pretty soon there is just going to be rich people and poor people. I really think that the government needs to stop counting their money and realize what's going on!

The middle class has become the working class poor. Everything is just out of control. You have to have at least 2 or more incomes per household just to make ends meet just for basic survival. This is a good question.I can't help but worry about the future, with the way it is going now...

sorry if things are not going well for you. The cost of living is rising and most middle class people keep up with it. People who do not save for a rainy day or take short cuts in life will always suffer no matter what part of society they are from. It sounds like you have some resentments

I disagree, illegal immigrants take the jobs we don't want. who wants to clean a kid's vomit, dirty bathrooms, do yarwork for five bucks an hour i sure don't. i work as a caddie for 25 +tips for 4.5 hrs. it is a shitty job full of illegals. The problem is no one wants to do the hardest work. National debt is also a good thing it stimulates the economy. salaries are increasing the lkonger you work. If you hate a job, quit after the first year, you don't gain benefits from bonuses. bankruptcies are a result of people spending too much and not watching carefully to their accounts

The middle class work till they die just like the poor. But the middle class may be able to send their kids to college and take a vacation every now and then.

You should see Jamie Johnson's (an heir of the Johnson&Johnson fortune) film "The One Percent". It talks about the gap between the rich and the poor. Pretty soon there will be no such thing as the middle class. It will be the "extremely rich" and the poor.

Usually those who are poor deserve to be poor, because they don't work ask hard as those who got rich.
Those that are born from rich families don't count, though.
What do you mean "we're" going further into debt? Maybe it's just you. Study harder for your job or something to get rid of this problem.
Well, I'm not rich at all, myself, so maybe I'm just pretty lazy?

I think before long the middle class will be non existent. The classifications at that point will be the poor, the rich, & the extreemly rich people who don't even know what to do with all their money!
