Dude, wait for divorce papers. If he's separated, to him that means single, even though legally it does not. And yes, he is using you.

1. Date SINGLE men who are your age. An 18 yo boy can go to jail for messing with you!
2. He is 99% for sure, using you, and, you haven't a clue about the seriousness of this! No 28 yo man who is mature will even look at a young girl!
3. you should get away, break away, and run away from him.
4. If he pursues you in any way, that proves that he is a predatory male and needs to be reported to the police.
5. If you take up with him, you can be sued by his wife, for theft of his affections. One 'mistress' was sued and lost $2.5 million! That judgement will haunt her forever!
6. The wife can name you in the divorce, and/or the lawsuit, and that data will be on your credit record for at least ten (10) years!!
It WILL affect your ability to buy a car, home, or get credit and utilities, etc.!!
Yeah, some of this might be ameloriated by your being a 'minor'. but, the credit reports are almost impossible to get suppressed or changed... They will affect your insurance eligibility in all regards.
Total result is that you are making a HUGE financial mistake, and should stick to guys your age. What you are doing in becomming the 'other' woman, endangers you in ways you have no idea exist!
It might seem like 'fun' to tempt that guy, but, you will really suffer if any of the dire results that can occur, which aren't noted here, that can actually happen!
Run like the wind, AWAY from this trouble! Then, think about growing up, becoming a bit more mature, jail bait!

Of course he is using you.
He probably will get divorced, but dont think that he will marry you.
10 years is not a big deal later in life, but you are way too young now.
19 is probably a good age for you to date. There is a big difference between a high school girl (you) and a high school graduate.
Just know that you are a fantasy f-ck for him. Guys go crazy for teens. You will be better off if you find another guy.

Number one and foremost. I know age is just a number, but what is a 27 year old want with a 17 year old!?!?!? Age is just number but 10 years with the ages you guys are is a lifetime. I mean you're not legal to drink yet for goodness sake. Go with the gut instinct, he is trying to use you. Leave him alone

This guy is using you for sex. If you haven't had sex yet then the only reason he is with you is to try and get sex.
He is most likely married or has a girlfriend.
Try to find out his wife's phone number and call and ask her. You will know real quick if he is lying to you.
Don't waste your time on this guy.

Tell him if he really likes you then he'll wait until you turn 18 to start dating you. That's a big age difference. Trust your gut about the seperation bit... if you think he's lying to you then he probably is.

Proof is available if it's a "legal separation"...use your smarts though and keep an eye open for evidence that his marriage is over. A divorce filing is a pretty good indicator...

If you were over 18 I'd say ask him for proof.... but you are too young to be dating a man that age...period!!! He's just trying to get lucky.... don't be gullible by beleiving it's anything but about sex... can you say sex offender? if he's trying to date an under age girl he's a pig....

Just being separated, he is STILL cheating on his wife & YOU are the other woman!!!!
