Hello, I'm curious are Beta-Blockers like Toprol XL and ACE inhibators like Uniretic safe to take together. My doctor told me today that they are and infact the compliment each other very nicely. Just curious.

You're better off using an alternative approach than having your life revolve around drugs if at all possible. Drugs should be a last, last resort and not a first. You might want to talk to a naturopathic doctor, or an MD who is "with it," and not a puppet of the drug companies.

It would be best to ask your pharmacist, since that is what he went to school for. A doctor does not really know about medications, since they only took one year of it.
