For around the same price range, Forever 21/XXI sells a bunch of these thermal tops in all kinds of colors and prints. I don't know about the sleeve length, but they definately have long sleeves and short sleeves. They should have the 3/4 sleeves as well

When you shop you should think about what would make you be noticed the most. Not that your just going out to buy Gucci handbags just so someone will talk to you ,but so that you can know that you look cute and you can be you as always. Look for your favorite color(s) to group together to create vib and personality of well...YOU!

JC Penney (catalog, store) has thermal underwear. If you are looking for cheaper, try Target or Walmart but they may not have them out yet.
Silk is best. Lands End has them but they are quite expensive.

ok i went to JC pennys' yesterday and saw almost that exact shirt. So go there...i know they have it b/c i saw it. It looks almost identical and they have all different colors!
