All of the programs that "Grandma_J" listed are FREE for downloading from the Internet. And IrfanView is probably the smallest in size, but big on capabilities. The GIMP is larger, but does a whole lot more, very similar to Adobe's PhotoShop.

There is Picasa from Google. It's very easy to use and FREE.
Go to http://picasa.google.com/.

You can also try to find Adobe Photoshop Portable Edition. I'm not sure but I think it's free on some sites.

Photoshop is the best but if you're looking for something less costly then I'd go with Paint Shop Pro.

well if you have xp then u should use microsoft image zone plus i usse it all the time its self explanable to. its so easy im a kid and i could use it like that.
