I valuely remember something...was it BT?
Was it yellow...or is that Sesame Street?

It was a little yellow bird voiced by Bernard Cribbins if memory serves - it used to sit on a phone line. Actually, I've found an image - see below - he was closer to orange!!!

Buzby was a little yellow bird that advertised BT - it was similar to Big Bird from Sesame Street :-D

ah buzby, thats bringing back a few memories. buzby was a character which BT used in many of their campaigns in the 70's, a big yellow bird often with the phone cable pulling around its neck, think it became a brand for them as well.

buzby was from a bt advert...he was some kind of freaking bird and would sit on the telegraph wires...i met him and he gave me a sticker thats all i can remember about him
