Hey,
When the built-in media player doesn't work, use VLC.
You can get it for free here: http://bitly.com/1p3k2Zd
It's my favourite media player and I highly recommend it over any other audio/video player.
VLC (video lan connect) is a great open source software to play any types of video files. VLC has a built in dvd decodere and works with many different video and audio formats including OGG, MP2, MP3, MP4, DivX, HD codecs like AES3, Raw Dirac.

Copy the url of the video, go to keepvid.com, then paste it in the bar and click download. A direct link with instruction will pop-up. Right click it> save target as...> then you can play it with an FLV player (there's a link for it on keepvid) or VLC Media Player.

There's an add-on for Mozilla Firefox called VideoDownloader and it works pretty good for me. You can also save movies from Google Video, IFilm, and many other video sites.
