reflections in the window, things you see without your glasses on, anything can be scientifically explained. Ghosts can be reflections of light on a wall, or if it's floating in the air, it can simply be light reflecting against the dust particles in the air (if it's a dusty room). But mostly I believe that ghosts, as well as their origins, came from paranoia delusions or hallucinations created by the mind. Perhaps, long ago, some elder of a village told children a ghost story or two to warn them of the dangers of the outside world and to scare them from wandering at night alone, and soon enough the children started seeing delusions that were spawned from the beliefs that had been planted within their minds. If you truly believe in something, you may become delusional and believe that you have seen it. But in most cases it turns out to be a delusion of paranoia or some other condition. Some have been unexplained, however...

I think it is people perceiving what they want to see. People often find what they are looking for. Perception is reality. If you really believe there are ghosts, you're brain will subconsiously pick out those stimuli in your environment that support your belief.

There is a site where they play snippets of songs backwards. If you just listen to it you will not understand it. But if you are told what it says backwards you will hear it loud and clear. This is an example of my theory of why people see ghosts.

waking dreams. Most people see them when they are going to sleep, while sleeping (wake up to see someone by them), or when they are waking up. I believe there mind is not fully aware and is still in sort of a dream state.

Could also just be light and shadows playing tricks on someone. Or the person could be mentally ill. I believe in spirits and would prefer to never see one again. I saw one time years ago and I have not seen since.

People wanting to believe so badly that they allow the fantasy to become reality. The mind is a powerful thing and that's a fact, jack.

Kind of evil, bad energy
Dead people have not contact with us.
and the good things, God things don't manifest like that.

I don't believe that fact could be good.

When you're really tired and you've been looking at something for a long time, then your vision gets distorted. You imagine that you see things because you really want to.
