The song that makes me cry the most is a song referred to as "My Immortal" with the help of Evanescence. beautiful , yet unhappy written lyrics. an significant song that brings me to tears from the first actual line of the song being sung. every time. Amy Lee can sing the hell out of that song.

One other bit of trivia - the song is part of the soundtrack from Butch Cassady and the Sundance Kid. It ran while Paul Newman had was riding a bicycle with his girlfriend on the handlebars.
Don't ask me why I remember that, but I do.

RAINDROPS KEEP FALLIN' ON MY HEAD
- words by Hal David, music by Burt Bacharach
- from the movie "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid"
starring Paul Newman and Robert Redford
- won the Academy's Oscar for the Best Film Song of 1969
- lyrics as recorded by B.J. Thomas (#1 for 4 weeks in 1970)

Raindrops keep fallin' on my head
And just like the guy whose feet are too big for his bed
Nothin' seems to fit
Those raindrops are fallin' on my head, they keep fallin'

So I just did me some talkin' to the sun
And I said I didn't like the way he got things done
Sleepin' on the job
Those raindrops are fallin' on my head, they keep fallin'

But there's one thing I know
The blues they send to meet me won't defeat me
It won't be long till happiness steps up to greet me

Raindrops keep fallin' on my head
But that doesn't mean my eyes will soon be turnin' red
Cryin's not for me
'Cause I'm never gonna stop the rain by complainin'
Because I'm free
Nothin's worryin' me

------ trumpet ------

It won't be long till happiness steps up to greet me

Raindrops keep fallin' on my head
But that doesn't mean my eyes will soon be turnin' red
Cryin's not for me
'Cause I'm never gonna stop the rain by complainin'
Because I'm free
Nothin's worryin' me

Song is called Raindrops and recorded in 1961 by Dee Clark
Goes like this:
The raindrops, so many raindrops
It feels like rai-ain drops
Fallin from my eye-eyes
Fallin from my eyes

Since my love has left me
I'm so all alone
I would bring her back to me
But I don't know where she's go-o-o-ne

There must be a cloud in my hea-ea-ea-ead
Rain keeps fallin from my eye-eyes
Oh no they can't be teardrops
For a man aint supposed to cry

So it must be rai- aindrops, so many raindrops
It feels like raindrops
Fallin from my eye-eyes
Fallin from my eyes

Oh, ther must be a cloud in my hea-ea-ea-ead
Rain keeps fallin from my eye-eyes
Oh no, they can't be teardrops
For a man aint supposed to cry

So it must be rai-aindrops, so many raindrops
It feels like raindrops
Fallin from my eye-eyes
Fallin from my eyes

It keeps on fallin

Fallin from my eyes

Fade

It keeps fallin from my eyes
