the ex has to go!!?

my sisters man has some megga problems his ex needs to go!! she has made so much trouble to much to mention. my sis and her man had a falling out of sorts and he decided to go visit his daughter he misses her badly and its tearing him apart any how he let the falling out slip to his ex and befor now he had to fight to see the child as soon as he said about the falling out his ex was oh yes come see your daughter and spend as much time as you like so he was going and my sister and him by this time had sorted some things and his ex was told when she asked and went off the rails about it now he is band from his child and she is back to no way are you seeing or speeking ect to my daughter he would take it to court but doesnt have funds and also doesnt want his daughter draged through this mess. yet hes an emotional wreck hes falling apart crying all the time becouse he misses his daughter what else can he do? my sister feels guilty becouse she wants the EX gone!!! oh not the child just EX

well angel the first thing needing done is he just needs to take time to cool off, then he needs his daughters mother,just Her and Him to set down and he needs to let her know(the mother) that he loves his daughter more than anything on this Planet! and he may need to remind the (x) that if she keeps hin from seeing his daughter, when she grows old enough to understand all this, shes going to have alot of bad feelings of how her mother treated her father. in most cases it works, it just takes time for the mom to see shes being wrong in all this, ill go one step furthur here, tell the father, if he knows any gopod men that are single,let him introduce the mother to the man for dinner or movies trust me once she falls in love Again things will be fine for the father good luck i hope it all works out,now my 10 points please lol
