i had this problem a few weeks ago and i unplugged the box and then reconnected it and it was fine! seems it just needed a little rest or to reset itself or something anyway its fine now!

PLease switch of and on again. If it does not work reset it. There should be a reset button at the back which you can either switch on and off or on which you have to use a very small screw driver to press it on. If you switch off wait for at least 15 seconds before you switch it on again. If you are pressing on the small button also press for about 15 seconds. !5 is not a magic number maybe its just the time it takes for the machine to forget everything. Good luck. Read your manuel as well it will help you. You can also get help from technical support their number is in the manuel usually at the back of the manuel.
