My dear child. Come to Hawaii and learn of the most recent craze in FUSION (fused Hawaiian/Asian foods)
Take yellowfin (ahi/sashimi), and let him throw various oils, nuts, chopped onions, and about 20 other things on his chef table into that which you find enjoyable.

On flights to Hawaii, there is a famous chef that caters the flights here...at least for dinner....and usually only one dinner per flight, then you can check out what we call poke (poh-kay) in its various seafood, and ethnic forms.
Otherwise, go to any major grocery store and be in for a surprise by what we consider standard seafood.
We consider it a damned shame to cook certain ocean denizens.

Aloha,
Mister

If you want the best tasting sushi I suggest you try Salmon or tuna sushi, the place to find it, a restaurant guide, look up sushi and then find the one with 4 or 5 stars and that will be the best place

First off, there is no "E" in sushi. The best and only kind to get is in Japan. I have had sushi here and it is just ok, not really my favorite. Try California roll or any kind of teka maki.
