To those who responded, “Doesn't really matter to me, I am not doing anything illegal,” or, “I don't really give a crap,” or “I don't know nor do I care I am not a subversive,” don’t you think you are being naïve?
Richard Nixon invaded citizens’ privacy and violated their civil rights when he used his authority to hijack the democratic process by the use of illegal wiretaps. Do you seriously believe that cannot happen again?
Does being concerned about one’s rights make one a subversive? It’s ignorant and shallow to think that freedom is only a word in a Mel Gibson film. If you’re lucky, it will continue to mean more than that, but it certainly doesn’t have to. My advice: “Try not to be a member of the cardboard generation.”
At least the person who said he did not “really give a crap” was being forthright. (Why even answer the question if you don’t really care?) However, being a responsible citizen requires you to “give a crap.” Though you may ultimately wind up getting what you deserve, the rest of us deserve better than to have our rights tossed in the dumpster by an administration that does not care about the lives that were given and the sacrifices that were made in preceding generations by my relatives and yours to make this country the great nation of laws and protections that it is.
[You people who think this way need to grow up.]
And yes, I believe we are all being electronically monitored by an illegal system that could get a lot of desk jockies as well as those in charge of them in boiling hot water. If they get caught, they should be treated like fresh lobsters on the menu and served up to the rest of us who do care about not losing our rights.

It would go against policies inducted by the United Nations and the United State Government. If they are somehow, you can sue them for a load of green.

yes everything is, there was a newspaper story in the uk about 2 years ago about a guy who sent a text message featuring some lyrics from a rock tune about bombs and he had special branch at his door a few days later, questioning the intent of his message, believing it to be code.

Yes it's true. Everyone one of us has a person assigned by the government to monitor us, and each one of the monitors has a monitor, monitoring them.
