Depends a little bit on whether or not you want a yahoo avatar like everybody else or a picture that you upload yourself. Regardless of what you do, you are going to have to choose the correct option in your yahoo answers profile. To access your profile simply click on your username, then click "Edit my profile".
From there you can choose to use the yahoo avatar or you can choose to use your yahoo 360 picture. If you want to use your 360 pic, then of course you are going to have to set that up as well. Good luck. If you have any other ?'s feel free to message me.
