I'm not sure which temporary files you're talking about, so here goes.

**For IE:
C:\Documents and Settings\[your name]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

**For most other applications:
C:\Temp
C:\Tmp
C:\Windows\Tmp
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Documents and Settings\[your name]\Local Settings\Temp

To make sure, open a command prompt and type "set".
Look at the TMP and TEMP variable values.
