I was with 3 network for 2 yrs and thought they were ok......until I decided to leave after being offered a great deal from o2. Since then, I have had nothing but calls from rather irrate call centre workers demanding to know y i left and would i like to re join the network. My sister had problems returning a faulty contract mobile to 3 too. You'll get a better call plan, regular upgrades, good network coverage and special offers from many other networks out there. Hope this helps hun xx

Well let me put it in a nutshell:

1: The tariffs are really good and im not joking, you get more minures, video minutes, picture messages, video messages and download content for you money.

2: There are things not yet created by other netwroks like dial tones.

3: The customer services have been found to be no help and can really lwind you up. There is never room for negotion and they think they are always right.

4: Getting reconnected after a late payment is hard.

5: If you do go with them, do use the Yahoo powered internet, they know how ot make extra money.

If your only looking for a network with lots ofr you money and lots of extra stuff without having ot contqact customer services, pay bills by direct debit and dont use any wap your fine and go for three.

But if you pay manually, want to use wap, internet then have ot contact customer services go elsewere.

Good Luck
