When you're wearing full evening dress (white tie), the lenght of the waistcoat must be till bellow the tailcoat in the front, or how should be? One or two stripes in the trousers?

Traditionally the tailcoat is cut to show just a little of the waistcoat underneath.

You should also just show your cuffs.

Your trousers should not be striped but you can have a braid trim down the outside leg. Double trim is something I would associate with army officers only.

You should wear a shirt with cufflinks and if possible patent or highly polished shoes.

A good hire company can advise you on all of this.

Finally although your tie and waistcoat should be white, you might want to pay your partner a compliment by matching your buttonhole or cufflinks (and collar studs if worn) to her dress.
