My dad has been married twice after he divorced my mom.Now when he sees her he keeps telling her that she was the best wife he ever had.
P.S. His second wife is an alcoholic who abandoned their kids to go out drinking and to meet her lover while he was out at work and his second wife just took over his business and controls him.
Now in emergencies like when my grandfather died and he had to leave the country my mom had to take care of his two sons because there was no one who would take them while he was gone.
Serve him right. He verbally abused my mom, cheated on her several times and had even tried to kill her once.
I did not have any qualms about them getting a divorce at all

Yes but not because I left my husband but because I stayed with him. I regret not following my heart and leaving him. It's too late now. I eventually left my husband but the other guy is now happily married. just my luck!!

My Ex did. This was after 18 years. I was devestated! Then after six months he wanted me back. Only the trust was gone, and I knew that it would never work. And in the process I have discovered self-love. I'm SO much better off for it today!

not me personally, but it sounds like the grass is greener syndrome!! you think that something is better to you have that something and it turns out it isn't!!! Have you tried to re-connect to you ex? things will never really be the same however. If you do get back together there will always be that small hole in the relationship...so getting back might not be best!

No but I think that if I stayed with my ex he would of done that to me. He was the type that thought what everyone else had (relationship wise) was far more better than what he had.
