I currently live in a 1920's farm house. I'm able to do anything I want to it, as it is likely to be torn down in the near future. I have started to cosmetic work on it starting in the living area's, now working on the kitchen. Also thinking of looking into design schooling.

no, anyone who would invest with you, with out you having some calateral in the project would be insane. sorry to be so straight forward but do you want to work with someone like that yourself.
Besides flipping houses are for the experienced contractors if you watch TV most of the time everyone gets themselves into deep trouble.

No. Who would take the risk? Further, the housing market is entering into a slump. How does anyone expect to flip and make a profit when prices are falling?

You have no money, no experience, and you would be a serious risk. So near impossible.

You need to build up your credit, and get a bank loan.

Houses are extremely tough to flip, unless you are Godzilla, or a tornado.

Good luck.
