Music Video with men in rubber caricature masks?

I think they're all wearing suits and rubber caricature masks and running around, any idea of the song or the band?

i think one of the mask may have been like an al gore mask or ronald reagan but they were definately caricature masks, not regular ones.

it's not panic at the disco, refused or slipknot but thanks for trying. any other ideas?
