Does anyone know what the chances are of a male getting shot by any kind of gun in 1 lifetime?

too many variables but I know that if you break into my house, your chances are 100%.

It depends on whether you're a friend of the Vice President's or not. If you are, you'll be shot 4-5 times, in the back no less.

I dont know the statistics of teh possibility of that happening. But, i do recall reading somewhere that when running from s/o with a gun, run in diagnols, keep zig zagging it reduces teh probability of your pursuer shooting you. and if G-D forbid you are shot the chances of it hittting a vital organ are VERY slim. I dont recall the exact numbers, but im sure you can find it somewhere.
