I like Zim's Crack Cream for sore cracked fingers and hands. You can get it at Wal-Mart

If you've tried all the lotions and everything ( if you haven't try Cocoa Butter), this is kinda gross but if nothing else works try slathering your hands with Vasoline and putting a pair of cheapo white cotton gloves on. Wear the gloves to bed and in the morning your hands should be nice and moisturized and they should stay like that all day. Good luck. Oh, also that trick works on your feet too, it makes them soooo soft.

A paraffin wax hand bath might help soothe the pain. Make sure you put on lots of moisturizer before you dip your hands. The heat of the wax will help the lotion or cream soak into your skin.

Also, drinking plenty of water will help your body and you skin stay hydrated. You may also want to talk to your doctor to make sure that the cracking isn't a sign of a more serious problem!

I have this problem during the winter, it gets really bad at times. I apply Vaseline's Intensive Care's Advanced Healing Lotion combined with regular Vaseline, then wear gloves either overnight or for a couple of hours during the day if I need it. This has helped me alot. http://www.vaseline.com/vic.html

Try vaseline before work; apply it many times a day. When you go home, put your hands in olive oil for 10 minutes, rinse, put vaseline again and sleep with cotton gloves.

Try Mary Kay' satin hands. At night use the extra emollient night cream.

Curel seems to be best for that kind of condition. They have a heavy duty lotion.
