Oily... you can always moisturize/ condition dry hair. Can't really un-oil oily hair...

Very oily hair because if you had dry hair there are products you could use to moisturize it but if you have very oily hair you're kind of screwed.

Personally, I'd rather have really dry hair because i find the way oily hair clumps together disgusting, so it would probably feel disgusting as well.

Dry hair would be worse. It'd be so hard to manage and dry hair looks worse.
