Go to the center of the city, Very old, very historic, you can spend days just walkng, looking and finding neat thing. Tyr it you will like it.

i often change bus in San Luis and stay a few hrs. elevation is high earth quake pron area cool at night i didn't see much to do some what windy and arid, good coffee at bus station late at night not crowded
